The "Earthly Decree" is the orthodox legal basis bestowed by the gods when handling matters in the underworld (such as general salvation, transcendence, and salvation), which is like a "business license" in the underworld.
Only by obtaining this order can one be qualified to practice according to the law, benefit both the living and the dead, and ensure the legitimacy and efficacy of the ceremony.

Application process for a decree
Prepare a pair of divination cups
Please make a request in front of the designated deity at the main hall, and the main hall will prepare a pair of divination blocks for the deity to cast.
Sincerely report to the Emperor Dongyue
The content must include: the name of the temple, the main deity, the address, etc.
Sincerely pray to the Great Emperor of Dongyue to grant the "Earth Order"
After completing the report, the emperor clasped his hands together and prayed devoutly to the emperor to grant the "Earth Decree." This gesture showed respect and faith, and then began the process of casting the divination blocks to request the emperor's decree.
Casting divination blocks to confirm the divine will
The god's approval is required if three or more consecutive sacred divination blocks (Yunbei) are obtained.
